On December 4, 2007, Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation successfully completed the acquisition of Nabi's biologics strategic business unit, which included Nabi-HB®. Until Biotest is issued certain Federal and Florida State licenses, (i) Nabi will retain title to all Nabi-HB® inventory, work-in-progress and raw materials, (ii) Nabi-HB® will continue to be distributed under Nabi's label and licenses, and (iii) Nabi will continue to have regulatory oversight and operational authority for the manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of Nabi-HB®.
